Processing Time

All in-stock loose diamonds ship within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

Orders may be subject to identity verification for security purposes prior to shipment.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Method & Insurance

All orders are:

• Fully insured for their full purchase value

• Shipped via secure, trackable carrier

• Discreetly packaged

• Adult signature required upon delivery

We do not ship high-value items without signature confirmation.

 

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Elite Carat & Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Customs processing

• Events outside our control

Once an item is marked delivered and signed for at the verified shipping address, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Shipping Address Policy

For security reasons:

• Orders may only be shipped to verified billing addresses

• We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order with mismatched billing/shipping information

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes for high-value items

 

 


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Retain all packaging materials

• Provide photos for documentation

All shipments are insured, and claims must follow carrier guidelines.

Failure to report shipping damage within 24 hours may void eligibility for claims.
