  • 1 — Tell Us What You’re Looking For

    Share your preferred diamond shape, carat size, budget range, and any specific characteristics that matter most to you.

    Whether you’re searching for a classic round brilliant or a rare fancy colored diamond, we tailor the search to your vision.

  • 2 — We Source Exceptional Options

    Using our trusted global supplier network, we hand-select a small number of exceptional diamonds that meet your criteria.

    We typically present 2–4 carefully selected options, each with full specifications, laboratory certification (IGI or GIA), and available photos or videos so you can review the diamonds with confidence.

  • 3 — Secure Your Diamond

    Once we find a diamond you love, we can place a 24-hour hold to prevent it from being purchased by another buyer.


    A $100 sourcing and inspection deposit allows us to bring in up to two selected diamonds for detailed evaluation, ensuring they meet both our standards and their laboratory certification.

4 — Invoice & Insured Delivery

Once you confirm your selected diamond, we send a secure invoice to complete your purchase.

After payment is received, your diamond is securely packaged and shipped fully insured, with signature required upon delivery for added security.

The $100 sourcing deposit is applied toward your final purchase if you move forward with one of the sourced diamonds. If no diamond is selected, the deposit covers the sourcing, inspection, and handling process and is non-refundable.

Most sourcing requests are completed within 1–3 weeks.
