Refund policy
Inspection Period
We offer a 72-hour inspection period from confirmed delivery on certified loose diamonds.
If you wish to initiate a return:
• You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
• The diamond must be returned in original, unaltered condition
• The diamond must match the original grading report and laser inscription
• The original laboratory certificate must be included
• The item must be shipped fully insured with adult signature required
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Elite Carat & Co reserves the right to document item condition, certification details, and identifying characteristics prior to shipment for verification purposes.
Once received and verified, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

A return authorization must be issued by Elite Carat & Co prior to any item being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Failure to report damage within 24 hours of delivery may void eligibility for claims.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom, special-order, and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
A deposit is required to begin production on custom pieces. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that the item is custom and non-refundable once production has started.
Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed.
Elite Carat & Co stands behind the quality of all custom pieces. In the event of a craftsmanship issue, we will review and address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.
