At Elite Carat & Co., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Each finished piece is carefully inspected before delivery or shipment.

6-Month Craftsmanship Guarantee

Our finished diamond rings, diamond stud earrings, and custom jewelry settings include a 6-month craftsmanship guarantee, beginning on the date of delivery.

This guarantee covers verified manufacturing defects and workmanship-related issues arising under normal, intended use, including:

Defective or improperly secured prongs
Loose stones resulting from a manufacturing or setting defect
Structural defects related to the original craftsmanship
Other verified workmanship-related issues

If a covered defect is confirmed within the guarantee period, Elite Carat & Co. will arrange for the necessary repair at no additional cost.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

Accidental damage, impacts, bending, or crushing
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and surface wear
Lost or damaged stones resulting from accidental impact, misuse, or improper care
Damage caused by chemicals or improper cleaning
Repairs, alterations, or resizing performed by another jeweler
Chains, clasps, and other components subject to ordinary wear and tear
Loss or theft of jewelry

Guarantee Claims & Inspections

If you experience a potential craftsmanship issue within the 6-month guarantee period, please contact Elite Carat & Co. before arranging any repairs or shipping your jewelry.

Photos and a description of the concern may be requested.

All claims are subject to inspection to determine whether the issue qualifies as a covered craftsmanship defect.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Elite Carat & Co. will coordinate the repair. Shipping arrangements and instructions will be provided when applicable.

Damage or repairs outside the scope of this guarantee may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated before any work begins.

This guarantee is separate from our Return & Refund Policy and does not limit any rights provided under applicable law.

Jewelry Insurance Recommendation

Elite Carat & Co. strongly recommends obtaining independent jewelry insurance to protect your investment.

While our 6-month craftsmanship guarantee covers qualifying manufacturing and setting defects, it does not provide coverage for accidental damage, loss, theft, or missing diamonds resulting from circumstances unrelated to workmanship.

A separate jewelry insurance policy may provide additional protection against these risks, depending on the coverage selected.

We encourage customers to explore jewelry insurance options and review their policy terms to ensure their jewelry is adequately protected.
